After troubleshooting to ensure that it was not a fuse that went out.and doing some research on the internet (including on this site) my adult son convinced me to purchase the rather pricey oven control board. The customer service rep was good. She also convinced me that there was no risk in our purchasing the part since we could return it if replacing the part did not solve my problem. My adult son quickly replaced the part ...and it solved the problem. It would have easily cost me an... Read more

I replaced the panel control board (key pad) and all is working once again. I probably saved $600 by doing it myself. Read more

My 15 year old son and I examined the new parts and made a plan for how we were going to take the front off of the oven. Turns out it was fairly simple. We removed the knobs, the knob shrouds, two philip screws on the side of the head and about 6, 6mm hex sheet screws. Voila! It came apart. We carefully looked at how the old parts were assembled and simply reversed the assembly with the new parts. Since one of our parts was the entire front head, it went together quickly and it was a perfect... Read more
