The clips on the rear side of the drawer box were broken. Easy to locate the part on the website. Part in hand in two days and installed in about five minutes. Needed to remove the drawer and use a 1/4" driver, remove the broken slide and install the new one. Read more

Replaced the regulator with part #AP5802175. Watched the video when purchasing, and it was spot on. Would have taken me about 15-20 minutes if I had access to a vise, to remove one of the fittings. Was able to get it out using two wrenches, but it was not without a bit of elbow grease. The new part went in easily. Turned on valve on regulator, plugged in the power, turned on the gas valve, done. Everything worked fine. Easy job for anyone with just a few tools. Read more

Online chat here said that the oven sensor should be replaced. I got the feeling that was a bit off, so I went with my gut and ordered the thermostat as well. Replaced the sensor and that didn't fix it. Replaced the thermostat and it worked like a charm! The repair was a success. The switch and came looked different from the original. I called Appliance Parts Pro, they lady on the phone said that Frigidaire changed the switch and how to wire it up correctly. Problem solved. It all works as it should. Read more

• Door won't close

I ordered both hinges (if the nylon roller was bad on the left, it was probably going to go bad on the right side as well). The web site was easy to navigate, order process simple. Hinges arrived quickly. Slide the oven door up and off. unscrew the three screws for the hinge. You need to then pull up with some force (there is a big spring in there), and twist the hinge to get the last bit out. These drip pans fit! I had bought some from a local big box store and they didn't fit. I only wish they still made them without the holes in the bottom of the drip pan.
