The lightbulbs were a problem for me as I did not know if they were 12 V or 120 V. But the interactive parts diagram on the website was very helpful and allowed me to order the correct bulbs very rapidly(120V is correct). They were very easy to change out except for the fact that I needed to have my 12-year-old son do part of it since his hands are smaller than mine.(and it is always good for sons to work with dads even on small projects like this.) Had to pull double oven and range top out from wall which involved removing the upper kitchen cabinet. Took the sheet metal off the back and had the socket swapped out in a couple of minutes. My old oven works like a charm! Read more

Called Appliance Parts - service agent was extremely helpful. Tried to find an assembled piece was unable to do so. Send me the individual parts which were very easy to assemble. Was able to replace entire light assembly, reconnect wire with new terminal end. Light works find just now. Would definitely call again if I needed assistance. Read more

Took top apart to find out that the problem was just the lens for the light was broken. Come to find out that the lens is what holds the light in place. When the lens broke the light fell down into the base of the cooktop. I bought a light and lens but for the price I could not go wrong. I cannot believe how fast and easy my order was handled!! Bought the drawer support, unscrewed the screw with a socket wrench, installed the new drawer support, wala! Took 1 minute. Moral to the story, don't overload that bottom drawer. Metal cookie sheets or the broiler pan is okay, but not big ceramic baking trays, they're too heavy for the nylon drawer supports. Read more

You have to take the knob off the broken part, then buy the new switch element and fix it. To do this you turn the power off, take out 6 fasteners to release the front panel of the stove and replace the switch element. Then put it all back together. Very simple. But if the knob was designed better it would not have broken in the first place. It looks nice, but this is the third time I have had to fix one. Read more
