Right hand side. Used most Admiral, Crosley, Norge, and Magic Chef dryers. Includes glide and felt pad.
I took the dryer apart.....first had to clean out all the lint here and there. Took the drum out, inspected the belt and back support wheels. They seemed to be fine. In the front the drum turns on two supports that have a Teflon glide. Those two glides had been worn off with their pad so metal was rubbing against metal. Went online to appliancepartspros.com and looked up on the schematic what parts I needed. I also had called around locally and the same parts cost twice as much....so I... Read more
Soap or rinse aid dispenser not opening? This wax motor actuates the dispenser door release. DIYers report 15-30 minute repairs with basic tools.
I found the videos on dishwasher repair that AppliancePartsPros offers and determined the likely cause of the problem. I removed the door cover and found soap caked on the back. I cleaned the cover and switched the wax motors to see if the clean rinse motor was good and ran a tested cycle. No improvement. I ordered two new wax motors for the Maytag dishwasher and those arrived in a few days from AppliancePartsPros. I replaced the old motors and ran a test cycle. The soap tray opened correctly.... Dishwasher not spraying or making loud buzzing noise? Replace the pump and motor assembly. Moderate DIY repair takes 2-3 hours with basic tools.
Checked the grinder/pump well at the bottom of the dishwasher and fished out some aluminum foil, wire twist ties, broken plastic forks, etc. That was fun but it didn't solve the problem. Purchased new pump & motor assembly and installed it as per Youtube video. It requires pulling out the dishwasher, disconnecting electric, hotwater, and drain lines, and then removing a bunch of clips and connectors. That was time consuming but basically easy ... except that seating the new assembly gasket... Read more

Found the right part at AppliancePartsPros.com, ordered the part, watched the tutorial. Took less than 5 minutes to install new door seal, and now our laundry area is no longer hot and humid. Before we changed the seal, warm air was leaking around the door and made the laundry room and the kitchen next to it unpleasant. Thanks for the great door seal and the handy tutorial! Read more

Fix loud rattling or thumping noises in your dryer with a new blower wheel. Common repair when the fan hub breaks or spins freely on the motor shaft.
Blower wheel and clamp replacement. Initially, we replaced both the belt and drum roller wheels but that did not stop the noise. By reviewing videos on YouTube and AppliancePartsPros, we suspected that the blower wheel could be problematic, even though with front panel of dryer off, we did not see any visual clues to support that theory. Purchased the replacement clamp as well, just for good measure (and it was inexpensive). Note: we did call AppliancePartsPros with our model AND serial numbers... Read more

Replace a worn freezer door gasket to restore an airtight seal. Prevents frost buildup and warm air leaks. Confirm fit with your model number.
Ordered the gasket kit. The shipping time was quick. The installation was more difficult than anticipated. The inside of the door had to be removed there were about 30 hex head screws. the new gasket then had to be fitted to the interior of the door and then placed on the outer part of the door and the screws replaced. The screw replacement took longer than anticipated as there were eight corner screws that were very difficult to manage because of the inside design of the gasket. The screws all... Read more

This upper oven door hinge is a position-specific hinge that supports and controls a side-swing door's movement, helping it open smoothly and seal firmly. Replacing a worn hinge restores proper alignment, closure, and heat retention.
I REPLACED THE HINGE ASSY ONLY BECAUSE I WAS UNABLE TO PURCHASE THE SPRING ONLY. THIS IS 3rd TIME I REPLACED THE HINGES BECAUSE OF A BROKEN SPRING. IT WOULD BE CHEAPER IF ONLY THE SPRING COULD BE BOUGHT. Read more

Purchased the triple burner and dual burner element. I added my model of stove and I was able to pull up diagrams of the stove parts. The parts were easy to find using the diagrams and the burner elements were marked 17 & 15 so I placed my order. Parts were here in a couple of days.
