A dishwasher fold-down tine pivot is the small plastic hinge mechanism that allows a row of dish rack tines to fold flat, making room for larger pots, pans, and bowls. A couple of missing wheels on the lower tray and broken pivots and latches had made our dishwasher inconvenient to use. I had replaced those parts earlier using this website.
