I removed the natural gas orífice for the top burners and the oven burner and then i set the regulator to work with LP gas. I removed the offices with a deep socket but on the front burners I had to lift the stove top up about an inch and held the assembly with a pair of channel locks because those orifices were on tight and I did not want to damage the bottom assembly by twisting them. Burner won't spark or click when turned to Lite? This igniter switch mounts on the gas valve to signal the spark module. DIY fix in under 30 minutes.
I replaced the Igniter switch, two control valves and one holder/orifice (because I couldn't get the screws out and decided to just replace it rather than re-tape it and get new screws). The one thing I forgot was I have propane and the orifice was for natural gas. Fortunately, I was able to swap out the orifice from the old holder. Read more
