This condenser shroud is the molded plastic housing that directs airflow across the refrigerator condenser coils to help the cooling system run efficiently. Replaces a cracked or broken shroud to restore proper airflow and fit. What it does:

  • Directs and channels airflow across the condenser coils for effective heat dissipation
  • Protects condenser coils and fan from debris and accidental contact
  • Restores correct clearance and alignment when damaged tabs or mounting points fail
  • Can reduce excessive run-time or higher temperatures caused by obstructed airflow

  • One condenser shroud
Install notes:
  • Always unplug the appliance before beginning repairs
  • Access typically requires moving the fridge and removing the rear access panel; remove condenser fan or related fasteners as needed
  • Handle edges and the condenser coil area carefully to avoid cuts or coil damage
