Took out old element,got part number and look for the cheapest price online, Appliance Parts Pro could not be beat... order part be number, easy to match, came in fast and put in element, only needed a 5/16 nutdriver to take it out and put it in,unpluged wires and bent just a little to keep one on left and one right from getting mixed up and pluged up new element and ran in the 2 screws,easy job, dont get no easier.. Move stove to unplug, remove rear center panel, indentify the two spade connectors that feed the heating element and remove (unplug) them. Remove two screws that hold the element to the inside rear wall of the stove and remove element. Install new element, plug in the previously removed spade connectors, re-install rear center panel, plug range (power) in, move stove back into place and enjoy.

Worked with phone person at AppliancePartsPros and determined problem could be either the latch motor or the circuit board.
Ordered parts for both the latch motor and the control circuit board. Since a relay on the board was clicking and the motor would not budge, I installed them both and oven is working again!!
Presumably because of the number of warehouses, I ordered the parts on Sunday and they arrived Tuesday morning.
