Very smooth. I ordered the door and the control panel. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands when removing the screws from the door or place something under it so it doesn’t drop. The door comes off with about 10 screws. They are different length. Short screws go into steel, long go into plastic. Remove the door and upper facia/control panel. I spent a lot of time taking apart and cleaning the drain pump and hoses in my Bosch dishwasher. I still got the error that the drain pump wasn't right. So, after doing some research, I learned that the motor might be done and that seemed to be the only solution. A simple fix. It would have been helpful and saved a bit of time and shipping expense if a note was added to the lower crockery basket part number that the silverware basket had also been updated and the old one would not fit. Read more

I bought just the replacement lid based on other reviews. The door cost about a third of the whole soap dispenser module but took a chance it was just the lid. Although the part number is the same there was a new flange on the inside of the lid. Would have been nice if Bosch sent the redesigned part to owners. Either way replacement took 2 minutes and the problem is gone Read more

Bought new wheel and the are easy to replace. Found why the brok and did a quick fix so it wont happen again. As the wheels age one will pull off then they all get weak and the rack will come off the track, To prevent this. you can put a plastic tie so the wheels cant fall off in the first place, The disign holds them in place with pressure from the plastic but the plastic ages and gets weak. A tie would have to actually break before the wheel can fall off. Read more

The symptom was suds and water on the floor at the left front of the dishwasher within the first five minutes of operation. Examination of the seal inside the door showed it was warped and pushed up into the door out of place. Once disassembled we found a tear in the seal, severe warping, and the material was sticky and slimy rather than flexible. I found a video of the disassembly that was very helpful. "Watertap" E15 error code indicated leaking. Dried it all out to allow it to run again. Ran dishwasher with front and bottom panels off to get a visual on leak causing the styrofoam float to set off the code. Saw it was coming from the diverter area. Ordered this assembly -- which DOES include the seal ring, by the way -- pulled dishwasher all the way out to replace it, and VOILA. No more leaking or error code. I looked carefully at why this one row of tines might be wobbly and saw that the row of tines next to it was secured by these little plastic pieces that just seemed to snap on. Because the door would no longer stay shut and didn't firmly click when closed. Reviewing reports on-line narrowed the problem, so I ordered the door lock assembly kit. Two Torx bits are needed: T10 for two screws that secure the gray latch/lock and sensor to the stainless interior wall of the door & T20 for twelve screws holding the control panel & decorative metal front to the interior wall. Leak was slow but becoming gradually worse. Pulled dishwasher out from under counter then visually inspected sump while it ran. As soon as the water got very hot, I could see the sump leaking where it meets the stainless pan. Searched for the correct sump gasket without success. Turns out that the gasket is built into the sump for this model. The built-in gasket is very narrow (under-engineered IMHO which is probably why it developed a leak).
