The hot inlet valve was dripping water, replaced it. Water and soap were coming out of the vent pipe. The new Float assembly had a shorter shaft than the old Float Assembly I was replacing. I did install the new Float Assembly and cleaned the vent hose where the float seats and I haven't seen any more water on the floor. Both repairs were made easy by watching your repair videos. Removed the top cover while the machine was operating, located the source of the leak. The top filler tube had worn a hole in a flex point. Found the right part on this site, replaced it with little effort. While in there I saw a similar hose and decided to replace it as its time was probably up too. I removed the barrel from the inside of the washer, and removed the tub after that I punched out the bearings and replaced them with the ones that were sent which by the way I received within a couple of days. I ordered the inner bearing outer bearing and the seal. Read more

Replacing the two bearings, and washers involved in the process Amazed by the service: I received the parts on the next day of the order, without requesting it. Parts were exactly as the original. This doesn’t mean necessarily the best on the market! In fact, the bearings are made in China, as the original! But if they last 9 years, as the originals, will be okay! I also noticed one of the two water recirculation outlets near the front door was no longer spraying water. When I took it all apart, I found that these two tub water recirculation outlets are both connected to the pump.. one was clogged. The impeller on the drain pump was no longer spinning with the motor.. looks like it was worn on the inside.. when I took the pump apart it was full of scale. I figured after 10.5 years that it might be time to replace the dispenser hoses because I was noticing black stuff in the dispenser trays. I replaced two or the four hoses and clamps on the far left side and for good measure the hot water inlet valve. My front loader LG washing machine wasn’t working correctly. The clothes were either coming out unwashed or completely dripping. I suspected the tub gears where ready to break so I dismantled my LG WM2032HW front load washer. I found the spyder gear corroded and broken. I also found that the stainless steel drum abraded the front tub cover so bad, it was cracked. My washer is an early model and always had standing water in the door seal after a wash. I originally thought the washer had a bad bearing, but once I got it disassembled it the spider arms were broken. This required the replacement of the tub assembly. While replacing the tub I replaced all of the water bellows. The parts came quickly, the live chat and videos were very helpful. This washer has to be completely disassembled to replace the drum, so mark all the screw locations, tag and bag everything and take lots of pics. The upper counter-balance weight mount design is a poor design to begin with. It started to rattle loose approximately 5yrs into the 8yrs that we've owned it. I went to your web site found the part using the model number of the washer machine. Also with the part picture, there was a video showing step by step instructions. They were very clear and was breeze replacing the hose.Doing this myself saved at least probably $150-200. Appliance repair shops quoted me around $80.00 just to come out.
