Ordered boot, nozzle, and inner spring for boot. Would have ordered outer, but the schematic for parts made it very difficult to navigate to locate parts...24 hr/next day air and I have a happy wife. The only thing that would have made it easier, was having a pair of Spring Expansion pliers, be careful not to pinch inner boot! The upper counter-balance weight mount design is a poor design to begin with. It started to rattle loose approximately 5yrs into the 8yrs that we've owned it. Removed the top cover while the machine was operating, located the source of the leak. The top filler tube had worn a hole in a flex point. Found the right part on this site, replaced it with little effort. While in there I saw a similar hose and decided to replace it as its time was probably up too. If your LG Front load washers sounds like a freight train, STOP USING IT. You're doing more damage and will need more parts to fix it. After the noise became unbearable, I began to explore and disassemble. I knew enough to know the bearings must be bad but had never done this repair before. Our 10-year-old LG WM2487HWMA front load washer had gradually developed multiple problems. My front loader LG washing machine wasn’t working correctly. The clothes were either coming out unwashed or completely dripping. When turning the washer on it would start up like normal and the turn off a few minutes in. Initially it was not displaying an error code, this made it very difficult to diagnose. The error code was E0 and this indicated that there was a drainage issue with the washer. I bought a new drain pump motor and a front seal gasket from Appliance parts pros, watched the installation video and installed the parts. The video was direct and straight forward.
