Samsung does not make it easy to replace the casters. The shafts holding the casters are crimped at the ends and had to be cut off with little room for any tools. I had to jack up the fridge and I used a hacksaw blade with a handle to cut through the wheel shafts. I didn't want to use a reciprocating saw. I replaced the temperature sensor, the thermo fuse, and the heating element that thaws the evaporator on a cycle to keep the evaporator from freezing up. Behind the defrost heater is a metal plate as well as one on the back of the front interior cover. Both were corroded and in need of replacement. Removed Cover-Wire Harness by removing screw and unplugged both the modular icemaker and part mentioned above. Icemaker is removed by sliding forward and down. The "ASSY CASE-FAN AUGER MOTO" part at back of ice compartment is held in by plastic clip on bottom of compartment. No screws to remove...just lift up clip and slide forward. The start button had been tricky to use. You had to push it in just a certain way to get the dryer to start. Eventually it was non-responsive. All other controls worked and there was no error code displayed. The repair was to replace the whole control board which cost around $100. Heavy sigh..
Be sure to keep track of all your screws.
BTW it was not the thermal fuse. All the online videos say this is the first thing to look for when the dryer will not start. Be sure to check with the person...
