When I opened the rear cover and check the temperature sensor, I noticed the wire connection was damp. I dried it up with a hair dryer and it worked again for a few days. Then the problem came back.
When I gone back to inspect the second time, i noticed a lot of water on the floor. I knew there was a leak. I followed the disassemble samsung washer video from "Repair clinic.com" to open the top cover, then i realized the assembly hose was busted.

The start button had been tricky to use. You had to push it in just a certain way to get the dryer to start. Eventually it was non-responsive. All other controls worked and there was no error code displayed. The repair was to replace the whole control board which cost around $100. Heavy sigh..
Be sure to keep track of all your screws.
BTW it was not the thermal fuse. All the online videos say this is the first thing to look for when the dryer will not start. Be sure to check with the person...
