This lint filter catches lint and debris during the drying cycle to maintain proper airflow through the dryer's exhaust system. A clogged or damaged filter restricts airflow, which forces longer dry times, increases energy costs, and creates a fire hazard from lint buildup in the vent system.
Replace this filter if the pull handle is broken or cracked, the mesh is torn or separating from the frame, rust or metal flakes are visible on the screen, or lint is passing through instead of being trapped. 1. Remove the 2 screws that are different from the others in the top back corners of the machine. That will let you remove the top.

I took apart the washer to find both of the weight balancers had broken in 2 and were banging around. They had also caused the boot seal to rip. I removed the broken weight balancers and replaced them along with a new boot seal. There was one small spot with the seal wasn't fully attached to the outer drum so I had to take it back apart to fix that minor error on my part. Otherwise, it was a fairly easy fix.

the hose for any debris and when I went to pull the hose off it broke, at the same time I found the check valve flap broke in the drain pump and it was blocking the hose. So I replaced the check valve on the drain pump and replaced the hose.

At first I thought it was the bearing, but when I got it apart I found the main shaft had corroded from possibly the soap powder and bleach combo build up on the part.
After I cleaned it all up I found one of the three mounting braces was cracked and causing the unit to shake during the spin cycle.
Once I replaced that part and replaced a few missing parts I lost all found on your store the unit went together just as it came apart and works excellent.
