This is an exhaust muffler that attaches to the engine of a lawn mower to reduce noise during operation. It channels exhaust gases away from the engine while dampening sound output. Replace this muffler if it is rusted through, cracked, or excessively loud, which can indicate holes or internal deterioration that reduce its ability to muffle engine noise.
This is a genuine OEM mandrel kit with a nut that is sourced directly from the manufacturer. It is designed for use on lawnmowers, tractors, and other outdoor lawn and garden equipment. The mandrel is responsible for spinning the blades on lawn mowers. It is part of the deck and can be a safety issue if not properly attached or if broken. If the spindle is broken or bent during use, it is apparent by uneven cutting, loud squealing, or vibrations, and buzzing sound. Mandrel replacement should be on a flat service for safety. If the mower is hot, allow it to cool before making repairs. Remove the spark plug and empty the gas tank. If the deck on the mower is removable, remove it before jacking the mower up. Once the mower is in the air, remove the blades to access the spindle. Remove the spindle. This is an excellent time to check the bearings and replace them if needed. Install the new spindle. Reinstall the blades. Lower the mower and if the deck was removed, reinstall the deck. This mandrel kit is made of high tensile metal; it comes with the nut for installation; it is sold as an individual unit. This mandrel kit is compatible with lawn mowers manufactured by Husqvarna Poulan, Weed Eater, and Ryobi.

Husqvarna makes this replacement wheel assembly, which measures 8 inches in diameter and has a width of 1.75 inches. The purpose of this wheel assembly is to keep a lawnmower mobile to ensure a lawn or yard has a clean and well-maintained appearance. If the lawnmower's self-propel function is not working, the drive gear on the wheel may be stripped and need to be replaced. It is a relatively simple task that will only require a wrench. First, the lock nut will need to be removed before the old wheel is taken off. Install the new one and secure the lock nut. Aside from Husqvarna, this part is also compatible with other lawnmower brands, including AYP, Craftsman, Dixon, Jonsered, McCulloch, Poulan, Poulan Pro, Redmax, and Weed Eater. It is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer and is sold individually.
This pinion gear is an essential part of the steering assembly as it translates the rotation of the steering shaft into vertical motion. The pinion gear travels along the drivetrain, which pushes the wheels either forward or backward, causing the mower to turn. Without a functioning pinion gear, the mower will no longer steer. A pinion gear's teeth can slowly wear away through repeated use, causing it to begin slipping. When this happens, the operator will no longer be able to turn their mower as effectively or possibly not at all. This can be dangerous for the operator and they should stop mowing immediately. With most push lawn mowers, the pinion gear is located inside the wheel well. To replace it, simply remove the wheel and mounting washer, pop off the retaining ring, and remove the pinion. Reassemble and test the forward motion of the wheel. This genuine replacement OEM part is compatible with a number of lawn mowers from Poulan, Jonsered, Husqvarna, and Weed Eater. It comes sourced from the original manufacturer and does not include any additional hardware.
