Jeremy May 07, 2013 for Model Number GLTF2940ES1 My washer just stopped working and it's flashing J J J across the screen. I looked up codes and cannot find anything about that. The time setting will come up on the screen then it keeps kicking off and going back to that code. I took the control board out but can't see anything wrong with the board. Could it still be possible that's what it is or could it be something else? Thanks!

Jamie April 23, 2013 for Model Number ATF7000ESO I have a affinity front loader washing machine the machine comes on but when u push the button to start no water comes into the drum the drum turnes but no water. I had the valve checked its not bad. I've cleaned the boot out no clogging. Could it be the control board?
1 Answer Hello Jamie. You will need to test for power going to the water valve. If there is no power there and the unit is on, then the board or the wiring harness is bad and will need to be replaced. If there is power and no water, then you will order and replace the valve on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Peterr January 28, 2013 for Model Number Frigidaire GLTF2940ES3 Hi, This washer worked normally and now doesn't spin. It just stops with water pumped out. I ran the diagnostics and everything works fine until the spin test. It stops with E43. I tried replacing the door latch as many suggested, but the problem still exists. I'd really hate to replace the control board only to find it is fine too. I check it visually and didn't see any burned or damaged components and all other functions seem to work fine (wash), so its not obviously bad. Thanks, Peter
1 Answer Hello Peter. If the door lock is new, and according to the code, it is a bad board. If you order the board from us, and it does not fix the issue, you can return the part. You can ohm out the motor and see if it is good. If so, replace the board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Selfrepair December 09, 2012 for Model Number LTF2940FE1 LTF2940FE1 stopped mid-load full of water. Unit is several years old. Unplugged for a while, then powered up. Starts cycle, but as soon as cycle tries to start, the Spin light (High Spin) goes to No Spin and nothing further happens. I cleaned out the drain hose and filter, but no change in behavior (wasn't clogged very much). Also, when starting the cycle, no water starts. So I'm not sure if it's a control board, valve, or drain pump. Can you tell me how to run a diagnostic (if it's possible)? It would be nice to isolate the problem and not buy a bunch of replacement parts just "shooting in the dark." Thank you!
