Hello Duane, If you pull out the dispenser cup and look up into the dispenser assembly, you will see holes up in the top. These holes are most likely clogged causing filling and dispensing of the bleach, detergent and fabric softner. The holes can get clogged by mineral deposits causing a spraying into all sections. Try to clean with old toothbrush and vinegar. If this does not correct then you will have to replace the dispenser assembly 131803710.

Hello Judy, You will first want to check the drain to ensure that the drain does not have a clog and that the vanes inside pump are not broken. Check the tubing coming out of the tub and all the way out drain. If this checks ok then you will use tech sheet to check the speed control and the motor.

Nutter, If you're sure the door latch is locked, and the washer drains completely, Here's some help : Drive motor tumbles but does not spin. Display may show F 04. Program and start the washer in the Drain/Spin Cycle.Disconnect the six & ten pin plugs from the speed control board. Measure the voltage drop between pin 6 of the six pin plug & pins 1, 2 ,6, 9, & 10 of the ten pin plug. If between pin 6 (6 pin plug) to pins 1, 2, 6, 9 &10 (10 pin plug) reads 120 VAC. = Defective speed control board. 134743500 If any other readings besides 120 VAC.= Defective control board. 137005000NH.

Hello Andrew. If the front load washer works, but will not spin, you may have a bad door lock assembly on the unit and will need to replace it. If there is power coming from the board to the motor, then the board is fine. If the lock is bad, these units will not spin.

Our front load washer's timer won't run through an entire cycle without stopping. Water pump works fine and there is no blockage in the water line to effect pressure. We have been able to get the machine to spin by putting it in high speed, but doesn't seem to want to aggitate or spin on its own in a cycle. I'm thinking it is the timer, but not sure how to rule out the speed controller. Also, we have ruled out the door switch since it has spun by adjusting the speed. Any suggestions on which part to try first.

Chris, The most likely issue is the motor control assembly 134149220. Of course you want to get access to a multimeter and check the voltages from the timer, at the motor control board, to be sure. We'll send you some additional information that should be helpful.

The washer goes through the cycles, agitates, speeds up, slows down, fills, empties. Then it gets hung up in a pre final spin drain cycle. The pump will run and run, now the pump doesn't sound good. I assume that's from pumping dry for a long time. If I turn the knob slightly, it will start the next cycle and continue happily with the remainder of the wash. I thought that it was the timer, so I replaced that. It still does the same thing with a new timer. The new timer also allows a drain and fill occur at the same time on a delicate cycle. I have ordered a new pump to take care of that dry pump noise. What am I missing?

Hi. Yes make sure the drain pump part # 137108000 is not clogged or broken. If you do not see the door lock light during this pause then the door latch part # 131763256 is not fully closed and needs replaced. It will be advantageous to find the supplied tech sheet inside the cabinet to aid you in the diagnosis. It allows you to put the unit in a diagnostic mode which brings up fault codes and tells you which circuit needs assistance. Use a volt/ohm meter part # MA-DM1 to assist you in your diagnostics. Thank You.

Paul, What about a bad timer ? Here's a basic check "Set the timer to the start of the heavy wash cycle. Allow the washer to operate for 3 minutes. Then measure the voltage drop between pin 5 of the ten pin plug on the spped control board and pin 5 of the six pin plug on the speed control board. If you have a reading of 120 VAC you have a defective speed control board 134149220. If the voltage reading is 0 VAC, you have a defective timer 134330900 " Good Luck

Hello jbeckett25. It sounds like the motor may be bad on the unit and is shorting out the control board. I would replace the motor along with the board. If the windings are bad on the motor, it can burn out the board on the unit.
