1 Answer Hello Mary, The button is on the right side of the icemaker as you view it from the front of the freezer compartment. It is a small rubberized button. It must be held in for about 5 seconds for the icemaker to cycle. This is not a reset button but a thermostat bypass button. If the icemaker is not cycling properly it could be because the freezer compartment is not below 20°F or the cycling thermostat on the icemaker is defective. Push on reset button it would move but ice still remain in tray. Please note that before this issue, it has been experienced ice jammed between the tray and wall with the bucket filled. Thanks
1 Answer Garlan, It sounds like there may be ice stuck in the mold where it formed more ice around it. You would want to remove the icemaker and clean out all ice with hot water and then put the unit back in and see if this corrects the issue.
