Glenn February 17, 2018 for Model Number Samsung RF4287HARS Ice maker stopped making ice. I pressed reset and it would make one tray of ice then stop again. After pressing reset the same cycle would continue. I read in the replies this could possible be a bad icemaker. I replace the ice maker two days ago and it made made one tray of ice and now the same cycle of pressing reset to get the icemaker to make ice is continuing. Any suggestions as to the problem?

What tells the icemaker when the bucket it is full since there isn't a mechanical arm? Is there some kind of sensor and could that be the problem? If there is, can it be replaced?
