Hello Henry. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the control panel WP3385734 is bad and will need to be replaced. Remove the ribbon cable from the control board, make sure it is clean and dry. Reseat the ribbon cable all the way down. If problem continues, replace the panel. Hope this helps.

Hi Henry. You will need to remove all power. Then on the bottom of the tub there is a L.E.D. sensor called an OWI from whirlpool. This will advance or stall the timer in whatever the soil sensor "see's". This part # is WPW10705575. Thank you.

My dishwasher won't run or power up. No operation, no keypad response, and no LEDS or display. I thought that maybe it was the control panel so I bought a new one from this site but it still doesn't work. I have also checked the power source as well and that is good. Could it be the door latch switches or keypad? How can I test the door latch switches? Can I jump them with a pigtail? Do you have any other suggestions? I would greatly appreciate any feedback.

Hello. As long as the power is turned off, you should be fine changing the board. Hope this helps.
