Kenny, No the new drum would not come with new felt. If the felt is in good condition then you should be able to reuse.

Hello Dennis, Based on the information it sounds like the rollers would more than likely be the issue. You will want to pull the drum and inspect the rollers and see if there is a flat spot on them. If they check ok then you would want to check the drum seam to make sure that it is not causing the noise.

Hello Juan, I would replace the drum rollers WPW10177428 as the broken drum W10296563 has probably damaged them. The drum rides directly on the rollers. This model has 4 drum rollers, (two in the front and two in the back).

Hello Mike. Check and see if the vent got kinked or clogged. If so, it can cause the unit to get to hot and it will release the sounds strips and cause this problem. You will need to replace the tub assembly W10296563. Hope this helps.

Hi Joe. The drum supports have the roller shafts with it. This way they are riding true and square. Drum supports part # WPW10177428 = 1/ea. You will need 4 of them. The drum part # W10296563, needs to be checked to see if it was welded smoothly where the rollers ran across it ? This may be why there was premature damage or if it was continuously overloaded. The felt is all one piece built into the drum. Thank You.
