Hello John. Check the inner basket and see if it feels loose. If so, it sounds like the bearings have failed and will need to be replaced on the unit along with the inner basket.

Pete, you are probably referring to the W10435302 Tub Bearing and Tub Seal Kit, and the W10447783 Bearing Installation Tool, needed to properly remove and install the bearings and seal kit. Both parts are in stock and available at this time. Thanks,

Fred, With the unit getting really loud in the spin cycle then this would be a faulty tub bearing. To repair this you could either replace the tub assembly W10381077 or replace the tub bearing W10435302. If you replace the bearing you will need to get the bearing tool W10447783.

Linnette, The part that you may be referring to would be the Rotor 280146. It would be recommended to access the tech sheet in the console and run the unit through a diagnostic and see if there are any error codes that are stored. This will guide you to what may be wrong with the unit.

Jack, For the F51 error, this would be the RPS sensor that has failed. For the F71 and F72. Look for the basket to not be reengaging the hub and check to make sure that the unit is draining completely during the cycle. The F71 is a suds error which could be a long drain or overusage of detergent.
