1 Answer Hello Lisa. You need to check and see if the water valve WP8182862 is bad and needs to be replaced on the unit. If there is power to the hot valve and no water, you will need to replace the valve. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. 1 Answer Hello Randy, Dis-continue the power to the unit. Remove the access panel from the front bottom of the unit. Reach inside and remove the hoses from the water pump. If debris is present, remove it and check the impeller on the pump motor. James April 05, 2015 for Model Number GHW9150PW1 Have a front load washer and the drum is not spinning. Could it be that the belt would need to be replaced. When it at the rinse and spin cycle it does not move.
1 Answer James, If the unit is agitating then the issue would not be the belt. You will want to check the door lock assembly, check the pump to make sure that it is not clogged or draining all the way. You will want to get the tech sheet from inside the unit and check to see if there are any error codes stored and put through diagnostics to see if all cycles are working.
