I watched the videos available from AppliancePartsPros.com and ordered the parts to fix the problem. The problem required $20.00 worth of parts, compared to $800 to replace the refrigerator. Honestly, when troubleshooting ... the parts came apart just as advertised, and it was clear what was needed.
