Removed LP Orifice and LP Gas limiter. Orifice was easy, however the gas limiter was the tricky one because I had no instructions to what went where. I could not find anything online as to how to convert from LP to Natural Gas, but you could find several things as to how to convert from Natural to LP. The ice dispenser chute door had not been sealing for years. The ice cubes on the lower portion of the ice bin would melt enough eventually to then freeze up into a big, amalgamated blob of ice due to ambient air coming up the chute. I decided the problem was with the gas valve and I found the part on your web site. I ordered it and received the part in 3 days. I replaced the valve and the dryer works like new! This also gave me an opportunity to vacuum out the dust/lint that collects in and around the dryer. Read more

Troubleshot the oven by checking the broiler which worked good (same fuel valve). After reading the some tips about troubleshooting the Glow Ignitor I could see the broiler ignitor got white hot and the oven ignitor only got bright orange (orange to red causes intermittent ignition or mini explosions). In the end, with a new coupler. But I relearned old lessons the hard way. The washer is in a rental unit and the tenant complained of no spin. Went on line looking on how to accomplish this and Appliance parts pro site came up and it was exactly what I needed. Order was sent on Sunday note and on Tuesday afternoon it was delivered. I drilled old lock out and installed new lock box. This was the info your Tech had given me and as always your Techs are on top of all situations. This took about 15 minutes and it's back collecting money. Thanks for such quick and reliable service. Went on internet, found a great site and learned that the cold water hose filter was very much clogged at the machine intake. Cleaned it and voila. Removed front of dryer panel, removed top, and removed drum. Replaced motor and wheel, because the old wheel was rusted on the motor shaft, and could not be removed, so I had to break it off. Replaced motor, and reassembled. Everything works now. I also replace the switch-Pb, because the start button was getting stuck. Read more
