I was looking for a parts sight and found yours. I started to watch all the video tutorials on each part and the "check these connections first video". Well by doing this I was able to find the source of my problem. What I thought was the heating coil not working right, ended up being the timer that was bad!!! I ordered new latch and 2 new screws ( imagine not having the screws). I put latch in place and with a phillips screw driver attached 2 screws. Tada works like new. If the owner would have just done this herself, I wouldnt have a new set of infinity front loaders for under $300. So thrilled that I can get replacement parts for my appliances. Read more
