Searched Google for error code, found some info indicating the touch pad was the problem. The info I found was not completely clear. I was concerned I might order a part that would not solve the problem, but with the return policy I figured it was worth the shipping cost to try the repair myself.
Ordered and replaced the part. Problem solved.

When the dishwasher would start it's wash cycle the motor would start for a second and turn off Ruben M. • Naperville , IL • April 21, 2014
I initially purchased a door switch, thinking that it would solve the problem. I replaced the switch by removing the top 6 star screws, removing the component cover and removing one of the door switches (using a 3/16 socket) with the new one that I bought but I still had the problem. Looking at the schematic, the next part that needed to be changed is the electronic control board, which I purchased. I removed the same screws again and cover, used a screwdriver to pull back the clips holding...

Broken fascia on Bosch dishwasher. Jerry's W. • Washougal , WA • November 19, 2017
The old fascia had broken and been torn off. I should have saved the buttons from it, but I didn't know that I'd be repairing it - I figured I would have to replace the unit. Well, money is tight, so I got the model number from the unit and looked up parts online. I couldn't find the exact model number on this site, but the picture of the fascia looked just like the picture in my manual, so I bought it, a handle strip, and a new set of buttons.
I pulled the stainless panel off the front, then...

It appeared to be stuck and only run in certain cycles it would just start beeping and was very annoying Jay S. • Pearl , MS • January 07, 2020
After reading online I decided to attempt installing the control panel. For this particular model, I removed 4 screws at top inside (2 center are longer fyi). There is one more holding the panel in the center, but the front door panel needs to be removed. There are screws all along the inside. Remove those and slide the door panel up and out. Next, remove the last screw and then unplug the wire connector. Replace in reverse order. I did not kill the power to the unit while replacing. It however...

The top plastic panel facia which houses the handle to open the door broke the panel is held on with two screws at the bottom which is a stress point and design flaw Randy E. • Hancock , ME • September 01, 2017
The parts from AppliancePartsPros.com arrived a day ahead of schedule. (I'm a big APP.com fan.) I removed the metal front door panel, then removed the broken plastic Panel-Facia which houses the handle. Because the buttons and handle trim needed to be transferred from the old Panel-Facia to the new one, I expected that, also being plastic, they may break when making the transfer, so I ordered all of those parts as well, which only drove the cost up about $32. If I broke one item in the...
