Washer started every cycle just fine. With just 9 minutes left on the cycle, when it started the spinning cycle it would stop and on the display showed a DC error code and it would kick the cycle to the beginning of the wash. One of the suspension rods was not working so I replaced the bad one and the other three . Tub has now leveled out and is spinning properly without making the noise. Samsung top load washer, about 3 years old started throwing a DC error code more and more often. Initially started with large loads. Wash would get to spin cycle, start wobbling all over the place, stop and refill then try again. Eventually it would stop and throw the DC code. As time went on, the size of the loads got smaller and smaller. Research here indicated that suspension rods probably need replacing. I replaced all 4 suspension rods and springs and now it spins very smooth. They weren't broken, just badly worn. It gave new life to my 15 year old GE Profile washer. They are basically springs, so they wear after a while. It was well worth the hour I spent fixing it. You need a good long reach to get to the back 2 and you have to take off the dampening straps and the control panel so you can gain access. With more difficulty and frustration than expected but it works fine now. Things learned: 1. Order only 3 replacement pins. One comes with the shocks that you can't be sure you see in the picture. 2. A circuit board in a plastic box mounted to the floor, left rear, must be removed by two screws to be able to get pliers onto the head of the pin more easily. This helps installation too. 3. After watching the video carefully and taking notes for step-by-step dismantling of the LG washer, I took it apart methodically placing each item on a table in the order removed. I was able to remove and replace the bearings with no problems following the tips and tricks. Replaced pump. All components are accessible from the front of the machine. You have to remove two screws in the back that hold on the top cover, then slide the cover back. This will allow access to the screws that hold on the control panel. Remove the control panel (unplug cable), then remove the spring/wire that holds on the door bellows to the front panel (removing and installing that is the most difficult part of the job) and carefully remove the bellows from the front panel.
