Washing machine quit agitating on normal cycle and only agitate on delicate Gary F. • Royal Palm Beach , FL • March 10, 2015
I called AppliancePartsPros and gave them the detail of my problem and that I thought that the timer may be bad. The guy on the phone with me talked to the technical group and came back and told me that they thought that it was the timer. The timer was ordered and the price was $50 cheaper then a local rep here at home. Anyway the part was ordered and came in less then 2 days and when I replaced it the problem was taken care of. The service, price, and time to get the part was great and I...

My maytag washing machine model# latxxxxaae would not agitate on wash cycle William C. • Grafton , MA • February 03, 2015
The basin would fill but would not agitate, there was no sound, no grinding noises, no sound of a motor running without agitation due to a broken belt. The basin full of water was able to drain if I advanced the timer to Spin. By playing around with the timer dial further, I could get every function of the washer to operate, at least partially. So, that said electrical problem to me. I assumed the trouble was either the safety switch at the back of the lid or the timer mechanism. Tested...

Noise during second spin cycle Brent B. • Indianapolis , IN • July 02, 2017
Started out as a replacement of the coupling between the motor and the basket transmission ( 2 of the 3 legs on the transmission side broken.. )... Bought a new pump, since I would have it off... or so I thought.. Metal output shaft into pump + years of moisture = pump rusted on. Put it all back together - runs fine... for a while.. Then the old pump bearings burn out. Back apart.. Cut the old pump off the motor. Reinstall everything... Nothing, Just sits there and buzzes... Now...

Genuine Bosch part
By: Bosch
Part Number: 00154740
The Carbon brush, drum motor is an OEM part for Bosch washing machines. These carbon brushes are responsible for transferring electrical current from the commutator on the motor to power the rotary movement inside the washing machine drum. Two come per package.
Symptoms of a bad carbon brush, or drum motor can include:
- noisy or squealing sounds coming from the motor during the operation
- the drum fails to spin or spin inconsistently
- the washer is unable to enter spin cycles
- slow or reduced agitation
Causes of a bad part include normal wear and tear over extended use. As the brushes continuously contact the commutator, friction can cause them to wear down over time.
This OEM Bosch part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau, and some Kenmore models.

No power to start dishwasher Joe M. • Knoxville , TN • April 17, 2020
Checked circuit breaker to d/w first. Good. Went to website to see no power issues. Most all of them mentioned the noise filter being the problem. Removed filter from machine and found the corner melted where fuse is located. Ordered new filter, installed, and now have power to switches. All the information I found on the website really made this a easy job to get done.

Timer washer was broken Phyllis W. • Delray Beach , FL • June 20, 2014
Was most pleased that you sent an authentic GE part as promised since another company, who advertised same, sent me a refurbished piece that was totally unusable. You also saved us a considerable amount of money. Since we are not knowledgeable about installing electrical pieces, we had the condo handyman do it. It was done quickly and efficiently and works just fine.
Thank you for your good and honest service.------Phyllis Wolpow

Washing macmachine would not spin after rinse cycle whithout raising the lid or turning the machine off and back on Jerry W. • Paris , TX • September 17, 2016
Got help from the internet to diagnose the problem. Seens that the neutral drain part of the transmission will not shift to spin unless there is a pause after draining. Thought the problem might be in the transmission but found the timer wasn;t allowing a pause after draining.therefore the machine would not spin. Replaced the timer and problem was solved.
Thanks for your help,

F11 and eventually dl (door lock) error codes prevented proper operation of the kenmore he4t washer Daniel A. • Saint Johns , AZ • June 01, 2015
After unplugging the washer from the electrical outlet, the top of the washer was removed without a problem in order to allow easy access to the Central Control Unit (CCU) at the top of the back end of the washer. A cell phone was used to photograph the wiring layout and connectors plugged into the CCU, and then all connectors and the harness were carefully removed from the CCU without incident. Attempting to remove the old CCU, the plastic retaining clips built into the old CCU housing broke...
