I researched the issue on You tube and found out it could be either the "belt broke switch" or the Moisture sensor. A friend who was an appliance mechanic advised "since you have to take it all apart anyways, its best to replace the belt, spring, and Idler wheel" I bought the 5 item for $52. From watching the video I got the general idea, disassemble 50% of the dryer. Only had 2 differences in my dryer from the one used in the video, so the video was helpful. I took apart the washer to find both of the weight balancers had broken in 2 and were banging around. They had also caused the boot seal to rip. I removed the broken weight balancers and replaced them along with a new boot seal. There was one small spot with the seal wasn't fully attached to the outer drum so I had to take it back apart to fix that minor error on my part. Otherwise, it was a fairly easy fix. Read more

Luckily happen to be walking by when machine started to make "grinding" noise as washer tub started to hit plastic tub. Assuming by shutting down machine, prevented any more damage.
