Ordered new wheel assembly, which came in about a day and a half. The broken assembly was on the left front so I only had to slide the dishwasher out just enough to expose the two mounting screws on the outside of machine.When you remove the old assm there are two rubber washers on the back side. I replaced the rear tube that feeds water to the top and middle spinners, and this appears to have fixed the problem.
