Used U-Tube diagnostic clips to diagnose that most likely problem was a worn Evaporator Fan Motor which is located in the freezer back wall, located in the top third of the unit. I removed 6 hex head screws from the freezer's interior back panel that covers the evaporator coils. The cover is located in the lower 2/3s of the back wall. Removed all shelving. I watched the repair video and ordered the part ( I luckily ordered two links). The video was not exactly for my model dishwasher but I did follow the instruction for removal from the cabinet. Since my model was not shown, I was looking to see how the door spring and the Hinge Arm Link was supposed to be set up. Removed the back cover to access the fan area. Clean the area with brush and vac first. Unplugged the Refrigerator. Used a socket set with 1/4" socket. Had an extended and a standard socket. Removed the condensate plastic drain from the bottom of the refrigerator to have more access to the fan. Unplugged the fan motor. Removed the two screws holding the fan in place. Found the correct racks on Appliance Parts.com. They shipped as promised. When I received them, however, I couldn't figure out how to replace the top rack. Didn't know how to get the end cap off Sooo - I went back on the website and watched the repair video and voila - was easy. I pulled the refrigerator out, removed the back panel, disconnected the fan motor. I did not know how hard or easy it would be to remove the fan from the motor shaft so I removed the motor with the fan attached and then removed and replaced the fan. This would not be necessary if you have a lot of strength, but if you need leverage to push the fan down on the shaft you might want to disconnect and remove the motor fan assembly too. Plastic drum was broken and wasn't pushing the ice through the crusher teeth. Received my part pronto and made the repair. Was an easy fix, took about 15 min from start to finish.
