Not the first time my 10 year old dishwasher developed a leak. I have learned that the tub gasket gets dirty and the gasket spring gets weak. Cleaning and if needed replacing that solves the problem. My refrigerator is 13 yrs old and began to build up frost in the ice cube shoot and the water tube began to freeze up over night. The flapper door was not closing completely. Dishwasher leaking from underneath? A cracked pump connector causes water pooling. Requires dishwasher removal; typically 1-hour repair once accessed.
The main conduit was broken and the pump connector had a hole in it. The pump also was showing signs of leaking. I completely disassembled the dishwasher cleaned everything and reassembled. The repair videos are a big help. Thank you. Read more
