In order it SHOULD be done: Pried off two white caps covering the screws that attach the flap to the left door, then removed screws. Lifted flap up to remove from door and disconnected cable. Used a thin blade to pry out the inner cover of the flap, then carefully pried out the insulation piece inside. Loosened the screw holding the center cap from the inside and removed cap. Samsung does not make it easy to replace the casters. The shafts holding the casters are crimped at the ends and had to be cut off with little room for any tools. I had to jack up the fridge and I used a hacksaw blade with a handle to cut through the wheel shafts. I didn't want to use a reciprocating saw. I bought the defrost-clip (clip-drain-evap), but once I took the refrigerator apart--the large plastic "back" had frozen to the rest and left the insulation in pieces when I tried to pull it apart. I was able to replace the clip-drain-evap piece with little trouble once the ice had melted, but I was unhappy with the looks of the "back". Ordered the replacement cap handles (left and right side), and replaced them. Replacing was a breeze, but removing the old broken part was a bit challenging. There was a small metal rod that needed to be slid out for the old part to come out, but it was not easy to do. I used screwdriver and pliers for like 30 minutes to slide out the metal rod. The start button had been tricky to use. You had to push it in just a certain way to get the dryer to start. Eventually it was non-responsive. All other controls worked and there was no error code displayed. The repair was to replace the whole control board which cost around $100. Heavy sigh.. Be sure to keep track of all your screws. Removed refrigerator panel, disconnected light and fan power. Removed fan assembly and replaced motor, grommets and fan attachment spring. Unit had adhesive on spring to help hold the spring. Chatted with customer service and clarified that spring and fan would easily pull off motor shaft. Adhesive probably was extra measure used during original build of the fridge.
