This refrigerator compressor starting device includes the start relay, overload and cover.
Took the screws off the back plate at the bottom and watched the YouTube video on how to remove the cover plate for the starter and overload on the back of the compressor. Ended up snapping the old cover plate (brittle plastic) so I was glad the "kit" came with a new one. Tipped it over on back of unit, supporting it with a little foot stool.
