When I ordered the control board the young lady told me that I had to take the front off the dishwasher. I did exactly as she said and started to put the new control board on. I could not unplug from the old one and finally my son came by and did that. I then put everything back together and turned it on. IT WORKED. Thank you. We started getting the F06 code when on the normal cycle it was time to Rinse/Spin, pointing to a speed/tachometer issue on the motor. Replaced the "Encoder Board". My GE Advantium control panel came of fairly easily. There was 2 screws on top to remove a vent director giving access to a single screw that held the control panel in place. Once I removed that screw, I had to slide the control panel upwards by about 1/2" before it came off. Reviewed repair via youtube. Disconnected the dishwasher power and water. Removed dishwasher from under the cabinet. Removed and disassembled the door and then made the repair. The last step reinstalled the door and dishwasher. Read more

Replaced the main control board on a Thermador oven model POD301J/01 after we got an E115 error and the top broiler would come on no matter what setting you put it on and wouldn't turn off and would overheat. After unplugging the dryer, I removed knobs and control panel. I removed the 3 connectors to start switch. I had to cut and replace one connector due to shorted wire which burnt the connector. I attached new connector and then attached these to start switch. I then remounted all three switches to new control panel and reattached control panel to dryer. Plugged in and started right up!
