Made by Bosch. Common program control module for Bosch dishwashers SHU53/68. NOTE The manufacturer has redesigned the cover and indicator lights. Lights may be covered by the plastic case. You may have to remove the square covers over the indicator lights if needed. The same case is used for 6 and 8 indicator light models. They also no longer use the red bulb indicator lights, small surface mounted lights are used instead. If you require the Jumper Wire that goes with certain models, the part number is 00167782.

Initially I noticed the crusher drum was cracked and broken so I replaced the drum the retaining nut on the end of the auger and the circlip and washer. it worked fine for a time and then the drum began free wheeling. upon further inspection I discovered the retain nubs on the auger had worn down allowing the blade to slip down the auger body. so I replaced the auger, drum, drive blade, and drive cam. After googling the symptoms I determined that the control board was the problem. The original control board had been discontinued, but there was a current equivalent board. AppliancePartsPros.com had the best price online so I placed the order. It was shipped the next business day and was delivered the day after!
