Replaced the main power circuit board. Took less than 5 minutes, just needed a small wrench to get the screw that held the board holder in place. Read more

Remove the 2 screws that hold on the front cover just above the washer, the control board is in front of you. Remove the 2 small screws that secure the board, they are star screws, very small ones, do not drop them, for they will fall into the washer tub. Take a picture of the wiring harness, press the 2 tabs on each side of the board, left and right side, the board will pop out. replace the wiring harness, wiring harness has tabs that hold them in place. Ordered the timer. Amazed in arrived in less that 24 hours. Reviewed the video with instructions twice and removed the old timer and replaced with the new. Working fine now. Only problem encountered was the washer used in the repair video was somewhat difference from ours. Easy to adapt to it and could identify the differences. Read more

I ORDERED A NEW CONTROLLER BOARD. THE DIRECTIONS SHOWED HOW TO UNCLIP THE OLD BOARD BUT THE FASTENERS WERE ON THE LEFT SIDE NOT THE BOTTOM AS INDICATED ON THE REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS. AFTER REASSEMBLY THE DISHWASHER FUNCTIONED AS NEW. THNKS FOR THE INSIGHT. Read more

Andrew helped me trouble shoot the problem. First I replaced the elments but that did not fix the problem. When I spoke with Andrew he told me how to test the OHMS on the new and old element and they were both readying 26 OHMS. I then replaced the control panel for the clock and oven controls.
