Repair went fairly smoothly by following the EXCELLENT how-to video provided. I had only a few issues and suggestions. 1. Because many of the screws and fasteners are of multiple sizes, I would recommend laying them out in a muffin tray or on a paper with labels for where they go back. 2. The tray was simple, pick up the old one, pop in the new one. The gasket for my refrigerator was almost as easy. When I received the part I opened it up and let it lay flat for about 3 days (probably overkill). The old gasket popped right out and the new one went in really easy. The entire job took me about 10 minutes to do, no tools required. I do recommend that you start with corners and work your way to the middle of each side. I found that would prevent any stretching. I have used this freezer for ~ 10 years with no problems. We have noticed that frost started forming inside the freezer, so after research, the first step was to replace the gasket around the door. I ordered the part and replaced it, which took about 45 minutes. To replace, I would recommend unscrewing the screws around the existing gasket BUT DO NOT REMOVE THE SCREWS as that will take extra work. The rubber seal/gasket was torn on our KitchenAid refrigerator right side door. I purchased the replacement and followed the directions/recommendations of how to prepare the new gasket for installation. When it's removed from the shipping box, it does have wrinkles and preparing it is a must. I set it out on our tile floor and then used a heat gun (low setting) to warm it up and massage it. Not the first time my 10 year old dishwasher developed a leak. I have learned that the tub gasket gets dirty and the gasket spring gets weak. Cleaning and if needed replacing that solves the problem. In cleaning the tub gasket this time I notice the bottom door seal had separated from the door. It was originally riveted on.
