The Door Gasket is an OEM part for GE dishwashers. It forms a seal between the dishwasher door and tub which is critical for proper operation. This gasket measures 3/8 x 89 inches.
Common causes of a bad door gasket include regular wear and tear, exposure to high temperatures and detergents, or physical damage. These factors can cause the gasket to lose its flexibility and sealing capability.

Detergent cup not opening during wash cycle? This actuator lever connects the timer to the dispenser lid. Moderate DIY repair, about 35 minutes.
Trim piece that surrounds and protects the timer on your dishwasher control panel. Replace if your original cover is cracked, faded, or missing.
This replacement timer is a genuine OEM part for a dishwasher. The timer works to regulate a dishwasher's cycles by controlling how long power is supplied to the internal components. This allows the dishwasher to have multiple wash modes and shut on or off automatically once set by the operator. The timer assembly can be located behind the kickplate in the door or at the top of the control panel. Dishwasher timers are often misdiagnosed as the problem in a faulty appliance, so be sure to test the timer before immediately replacing it. Using a multimeter, test the timer for a range of roughly 2,000 to 3,500 ohms. If the part does not give a reading within this range, it should be replaced. Disconnect the two attached wires and mark them so that they can be properly reattached during reassembly. Needle-nosed pliers are recommended for this job, as they can provide a more delicate touch than just yanking out the wires. This replacement timer is compatible with Kohler washers and comes sourced from its original manufacturer. This part does not include any additional hardware so be sure not to lose any of the screws removed during disassembly.
