I thought it was the burners and ordered four burners. When they arrived I thought three of them were wrong parts so I ordered three others and scheduled a return of three I had just received. Just screwed on the new handle. The new handle did not come with threaded holes, but this was OK because the screws that came with the stove were self tapping. This takes a bit more effort and the proper screwdriver, but creates the threads in the handle as you turn the screw. Kudos to A-P Pros for the quick processing and delivery of the order. Read more

We took the old ones off and put the new ones on..it was easy to do ..I want to say that the girl (I think her name was Heidi) she was a big help ,she made sure that I had the right parts,I ask her to show me the picture to make sure that they look like the part ..She was a really big help. Replaced the door trim by removing the 2 screws holding the oven handle on, then removing the 4 screws across the bottom of the door. lifted off the door trim with the plastic door cap. removed the door trim from the cap by sliding it out. attached the new door trim with the 4 screws that had been removed before. then slid the new glass into place. next i slid the plastic door cap onto the new door trim and the glass and centered the glass evenly over the door trim. finally reattached the... We ordered a new ignitor and it came in two days just as promised. The only problem that we experienced was that the leads on the new ignitor were to short. We were able to find enough slack on the oven end to make it work. The oven is once again working great. The video was a little off on what need to be done to disconnect the ignitor. We actually had to flip the oven over to get to the bottom. We could not access the connector through the back. Read more

After turning off the gas and unplugging the electricity, I removed all the burners from the stove top using a 3/16" hex socket. Then used a 1/4" socket to removed two or three screws under each burner which hold the burner base to the bottom of the top panel. Then pulled all the knobs and removed the front panel which was held in by two Phillips screws accessible from underneath the panel. It helps to open the oven door to get at these screws.
