I lined up the top of the handle (hooked 90 degrees over the door) and then swung the handle down to meet the corresponding lower screw. Remove old handle: (2) large Phillips-head screws where it attaches to top edge of refrigerator door, back out (1)set screw lower end off handle- needs very small hex wrench. Retain screws: none supplied with new handle. Place new handle in place (need to back out the set screw on bottom of handle to slide it fully into place before tightening). I tried to glue it back together, but the surface area was so small that it didn't hold. Then I tried using a small piece of metal epoxied to the top for strength.
