Gaggenau Refrigerator Parts

I had verified that the water supply was healthy, so it was either the icemaker unit or the water valve. I replaced the icemake first, based on a the pareto showing it was the culprit for most other people, but it didn't help. Had to take the back cover off. It was very tight to remove the fan that sat in the drip pan but did get it off, was able to apply the same level of cursing and got the new pan installed, installing the drain tube was a breeze. Found the parts price very reasonable. Hoping the Whirlpool redesigned the pan so I won't have to do it ever again. I was surprised at how bad the quality of their original part was. Water dispenser came down to a trickle and made a lot of noise, I changed the filter but it didnt help and thus the water tank/head assembly needed to be replaced. Replacing the water Tank/head assembly was an easy task, the hardest part is removing the covers and taking care of not breaking the insulation of the water inlet hose. • Leaking

Thought leak was coming from icemaker but refrigerator was making ice just fine. had puddle on floor just below freezer door. upon closer inspection realized leak was coming from drain line. there were 2 pieces of tubing and the connector. leak was coming from where tubing goes into connector. wanted to replace it. didn't know what it was called. did live chat with someone I think was named James. he sent me diagrams and I could identify the part. once identified I ordered it. boom....
