Found parts at GE website. Shopped around and liked prices/reviews for appliancepartspro and made the purchase. 4 days late the parts arrived and I swapped them out. Minor assembly for removing water sprayer from old top rack and attaching to the new rack. Took 10 minutes tops and we were back up and running. Read more

Found the correct racks on Appliance Parts.com. They shipped as promised. When I received them, however, I couldn't figure out how to replace the top rack. Didn't know how to get the end cap off Sooo - I went back on the website and watched the repair video and voila - was easy. All that was required was a flathead screwdriver and the knowledge of where to use it!!! Replacements in the dishwasher in 5 minutes or less. Great website and very helpful videos. I made my first order with just the make (GE) and Model (Monogram) What was shipped first appeared to be a generic GE rack set. I read some other folks post and some said they made minor adjustments to these racks and they worked fine. I was not happy with the fit and returned the first set. Replaced the racks. Note: The new racks fit fine but they have a different rack configuration which has an improved design for the top rack but my wife dislikes the new bottom rack design. She would have preferred an exact replacement bottom rack. She thinks the engineers that designed the new bottom rack have never loaded a dishwasher with normal dishes. Read more

There is apparently a weakness in the design of the stemware gripper, since both grippers in the dishwasher exhibited the same fault in the same places. Fortunately, replacing them is both inexpensive and a snap (literally - they just snap into place). It goes very smoothly if you bow the gripper slightly and insert the two end pegs first, then snap in the two mid-point clips. Read more
