I did not see the old ones fall out, so I was not sure the exact product placement within the rail, which was frustrating, to say the least. For the next person's benefit....these slide into the MIDDLE of the rail that is attached to both sides of the dishwasher. Not the front, not the back, but the middle! Repair parts arrived super fast. Installed the new parts according to the supplied instructions. All went well. It took over 2 hours because the unit had to be removed after the water and power were disconnected and then the initial problem diagnosed (motor brushes worn beyond service limits). This part came next day. super fast. open door . remove screws on inside facing edge of door. this seperates door front and back halves. unplug electric from dispenser then remove 6 screws holding it to the inside of door. remove dispenser and install new one in reverse order. took 20 to 30 minutes on a small economy size GE dishwasher Read more
