This coil cover seal is a replacement gasket that fits around the evaporator/coil cover to help maintain an airtight seal and reduce frost and moisture buildup. It restores proper airflow control for more consistent cooling. What it does:

• Seals the coil/evaporator cover to limit warm, moist air entering the coil area
• Helps reduce frost or ice accumulation on the evaporator coil

• Can stop short-cycling or extended run times caused by air leaks

• Disconnect power to the appliance before beginning any repairs
• Remove any shelving or covers needed to access the evaporator/coil cover per your service instructions
• Clean mating surfaces and seat the seal fully around the coil cover for an even contact
• If adhesive is used, use OEM-recommended tape or adhesive and allow proper cure time before re-energizing
