This is the cap that seals the rinse aid reservoir on the dishwasher door. It keeps rinse aid contained so it dispenses properly during the rinse cycle. Replace this cap if it is cracked, missing, or no longer seals tightly, which can cause rinse aid to leak out prematurely and result in spotty or poorly dried dishes.
Took cover completely off and tried putting back, could not match up left screw with available screw hole. Tried many different configurations and sequences to make this happen. watched a video on changing the front panel, the door in it had four screws, mine 2, no help there. Searched on the hyperextending issue, found an article about dogs and kids [had both here] climbing on the door and to check the springs and linkages. Linkages intact both sides, R [opposite] side spring very stretched.... Read more

Seals the rear of your dishwasher's circulation pump to prevent leaks. Replace if you notice water pooling or dripping from the motor area.
I first thought the leak came from the pump assembly rear o ring. I was wrong. The water was leaking from the pump. The pump assembly was shipped in 1 1/2 days with 2 more o rings. I lubed the o rings with dish soap, they slid in perfectly. reinstalled the clamp and screws and was ready to reinstall the dishwasher. Worked great. Next time I will buy the pump the first time. Buying the o rings separately adds $$. Read more

Removing was easy. Pull out the ends of the seal, the ends aren't locked in. Then, pull up on each retaining clip. Each clip is held in with spring tension. Reinstallation was easy too. Start on one end, Twist frayed end into cone-like shape and insert into one of the holes for the seal. Push in with a skewer/screwdriver. Insert first clip into the first hole. Go around in a linear fashion, inserting each clip into each hole. After the last clip is pushed in, twist the end of the frayed end... Read more

I had purchased a model refrigerator that did not come with the deli/meat pan, and I was told by the manufacturer's customer service department that my purchased model was not designed with the item. I made comparisons with other models that had the deli/meat pan and found that the shelving alignments were the same so I decided to improvise and install the deli/meat pan. My barely three year old Frigidaire upright freezer quit running and we discovered it when most of the contents were just starting to thaw. Luckily we have nearby neighbors that my wife walks with most days and two or three of them came to our rescue with available freezer space to save the more valuable things like meat and seafood. The compressor would not come on, no fan, no noises of any kind but the light came on when the door was opened so obviously it had power. I unplugged it for a... Read more

Replaced Oven control Board, I actually had a "professional" appliance repair man come to the house and tell me what was wrong with the oven. While he was standing in my kitchen, I noticed he pulled up the AppliancePartsPros.com website to quote me the pricing for the parts. I did not see it necessary to pay him the marked up price. He left the house without repairing the oven I proceeded to order the parts that same evening, replaced the bad parts the same day I received them. I noticed while... Read more
