Disassembled washer, found that 2 out of the 3 basket support legs had cracked through. Unfortunately, support cannot be bought except as an assembly, so had to spend almost $300 for the part. Replaced the water valve assembly. did not really need the dispenser part. problem mainly caused by hard water buildup where the hose connects. also replaced the hoses as they also had some hard water buildup. Read more
