First I replaced the filter thinking it was the problem, but that was not the case. Next was replace water supply valve at the back of the refrigerator. It was very easy. The only thing that was in question was how to get the refrigerator side line off of the existing valve. Replaced tank assembly. Actually I think the supply hose was originally not fully seated in the tank and I think I could have re-seated it deeper through the gray bushing. When I set the line into the new tank, still leaking. Pulled out supply line and reset using a little more force and line went into the tank.
