I cleaned the cover and switched the wax motors to see if the clean rinse motor was good and ran a tested cycle. No improvement. Fix dispenser door that won't latch or leaks at the door bottom. This grommet and latch kit stops water leaks. Requires inner door panel removal.
The grommet was old and very caked with old dishwasher scum. So water was leaking through where the soap door latch goes into the door. I replaced the rubber grommet (and the plastic latch that came with the kit, even though the old one was probably fine). Fit perfectly and looked just like the old one.
